I'm offering a very nice room in Haarlem. The room is only available for a student. The house is in the "Van Zeggelen" neighbourhood. The house has 4 quiet female tenants between the ages of 20 and 30. I don't live in the house myself. The bathroom with toilet/shower, a second toilet and the kitchen are shared. It’s a quiet house without a living room and the other tenants generally keep to themselves. The house has good connections with public transport. No smokers / no pets. The rent includes power, water, heating, internet and city taxes. Photos accurately reflect the room; exterior surroundings have been anonymised for privacy. The deposit is equal to 1 month of rent.
