I am subletting my beautifully designed loft apartment for approximately two months (August–September 2026) while travelling. A private cellar compartment is also available. The fully equipped, high-end kitchen includes premium built-in appliances from Gaggenau and Miele. The entire apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and maintained in a very clean and stylish condition. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
