Located on the first floor of an aparthotel building, this tastefully decorated 40m2 modern flat is conveniently located close to several Madrid attractions, including Puerta de Alcalá and the Great Pond of El Retiro! This flat is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a plush sofa, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows via multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and essential appliances such as a cooker and microwave. There is a washing machine within the flat, and also, on each floor, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use for a fee. The bedroom has a double bed with sheets. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
