Peaceful room (12m2) in beautiful 3 rooms apartment, 2nd district Leopoldstadt between Praterstern and Augarten. Close to public transportation. 20 minutes walk to the central point Stephansdom. The room has large cupboards. You will have your own bathroom. The furnished room includes a single bed/pull-out double bed with linens, a desk, and chairs. The new bed is currently being built. We can arrange a virtual visit. It is a three-room apartment with 2 bathrooms. The shared living room/kitchen is fully equipped. The other two flatmates (one male and one female) are quiet professionals over 40 from France and Turkey who often travel for work. We are looking for another quiet and tidy person. The apartment is a non-smoking area. The rent is all In (including electricity, heating, internet). Minimum rental period is 3 months as of mid-april with a one month's notice....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
