This delightful 245 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access. This apartment features a vibrant living and kitchen areas, designed to make guests feel at home. The living space includes a comfortable sitting area with a TV—perfect for resting after a day in the city. The kitchen invites guests to gather and enjoy meals together. It comes fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for easy, home-cooked dining. The three bedrooms are stylishly decorated for comfort: one with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a walk-in closet; another with a double bed and generous storage; and the third with a cosy single bed and a spacious wardrobe. Three full bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, and there's also a handy service bathroom. The sunny terrace, upstair offers a great spot to enjoy fresh air or a quiet meal at the outdoor table. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. - Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. - Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). - Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. - Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
