In other words, everything you might need will be within your reach! The flat comprises of three bedrooms, a kitchen and a common bathroom. The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included). The price shown is for one person. For an extra person in the reservation, the price is 90€ higher. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month.
