Located in the vibrant Anjos neighborhood, the area is known for its multicultural atmosphere and central location. Within walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a variety of local shops, as well as easy access to public transport, including the Anjos metro station. The location is also close to several universities and points of interest, such as Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, and the city center, making it an excellent option for students and young professionals looking to live in a lively and well-connected area. The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included). This room is external to the flat. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves.
