Description

Bright room available in a very nice apartment with wooden floors and high ceilings, the apartment is new luminous, cozy and quiet. It has an entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a little storage room, living room, kitchen and balcony overlooking gardens. Close to the city center (5 minutes by bike) but outside the chaotic touristic center, close to the river, shops, cafes. You will be sharing the house just a few hours a week with me and my son of 14 years old, very quiet and polite, because we live in a house in the countryside so he will occupy the house at lunch time until 5 pm for him to do his homework and wait for me to pick him up, only two weeks per month, and maybe a couple of afternoons a month. This is a great opportunity to have a big space for yourself most of the time, paying a low price...
