La habitación bastante luz y es muy acogedora. El apartamento se ha reformado con mucho cariño hace poco y es muy bonito, tiene 3 dormitorios, un baño, cocina y salón (salón con aire acondicionado). También tiene un patio donde te puedes sentar (solo para el piso). Está en muy buena zona, en pleno centro, cerca de la famosa Alameda de Hercules, calle Feria y calle San Luis. Es un barrio con muchos pequeños comercios, bares, restaurantes, museos y mercados. Es un barrio con mucho encanto. Además hay transporte publico cerca. Para este piso buscamos personas respetuosas, ordenadas y limpias. Es muy importante que se cuide el apartamento y se tenga buena relación con los vecinos. Están totalmente prohibidas las fiestas en el apartament...
