Once the procedure is complete, you will receive the instructions and the video guide to access the apartment independently. Entry from the condominium door and from the apartment door is automatic, by entering a code. This way you can enter and exit the apartment whenever you want, with the utmost comfort and privacy. During your stay, you will have access to all areas of the apartment, completely at your complete disposal. The entire accommodation is reserved exclusively for you, including the balcony and garage. Enjoy the utmost privacy and comfort of a space of your own! Other things to note π Each guest's ID details will be requested. The amount indicated on the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the fee for the ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. The details of the amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and, at the end of the stay, two separate accounting documents will be issued to the guest.
