Nice and tidy room for rent on the ground floor/basement, perfect for students. The room is small (ca 10m2), freshly painted, has a 90cm x 200cm bed and a storage for clothes, wood floors, kitchen, fridge etc. Bathroom with no shower is next to the room. The room is located in the basement but comes with access to the apartment on third floor which has a big kitchen and a bathroom with a nice shower and a bath tub. Wifi only in the apartment. The apartment is located in 105 Reykjavík, close to nature, the green forest area in Öskjuhlíð, Perlan, Nauthólsvík beach, Klambratún and the shopping center Kringlan, Sundhöllin swimming pool, World Class gym and much more. Only a short walk to downtown city center. Close to both University of Reykjavík and University of Iceland so perfect for students. Laundry room with washing machine in the basement. Suitable for a respectful and nice person with a good life style...
