I rent a bed in a shared bedroom in 3 bedroom apartment in a private house. Apartment is 55m2 big and totally renovated, with a bathroom, 1 small bedroom with single bed, 1 big bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. This last bedroom (with 2 beds) is available for a man. The room has 2 working places and wardrobes. The house is located in Kogejeva ulica, from where you can walk (or cycle) to Ethnology, Faculty for Maths and Physics, Electrical engineering. In front of the apartment is a terrace with garden, where we will put the table when the spring comes. All the flat mates are Erasmus students...

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
