Located on the 5th floor with elevator on a quiet, unoverlooked street, with a long balcony and a view of the Invalides dome. The pre-20th century building is secured by intercom and entry code. Our apartments are all ready to move into and equipped with Wifi, so all you have to do is settle in with your suitcases. There's also a hi-fi system (Tuner+CD, without Bluetooth) and a DVD player. The rent includes complimentary home insurance. IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 2700 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 5400 EUR otherwise The refundable security deposit will be 2700 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 5400 EUR otherwise. If you want to pay the rent monthly, you will also have to provide documents such as payslips or tax notices showing that you or your guarantor can pay the monthly rent....
