We are currently living in this beautiful apartment and truly love it, but we’ll be moving out in mid-April, making it available for its next residents. Furnishing & Personal Touches: The home will be delivered fully furnished. Since we are currently living here, we will be taking our personal belongings with us. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
