A ten-minute walk will take you to the beach, restaurants, bars with terraces, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, a supermarket, a bakery, souvenir shops, and more. The 60 m2 apartment offers a welcoming living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. It has two air conditioning units (heating and cooling), one in the bedroom and one in the living/kitchen area, ideal for enjoying the apartment in both summer and winter. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware. Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs from street level, as there is no elevator. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Access is not available for people with reduced mobility. There is no private parking; street parking is available nearby. Upon arrival, you will receive a key card and can also park behind the building on the street and walk down the stairs to the apartment. This is usually easier after shopping. In Spain, guest registration is mandatory for all accommodation establishments, including hotels, tourist apartments, and seasonal rentals. Therefore, upon arrival, in addition to the rental agreement, a guest registration form will be completed. As this is a private seasonal contract, in accordance with the Urban Leases Law, a mandatory security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. In compliance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, this deposit will be held at the corresponding official registry and will be returned at the end of the contract, after verification of the property's condition.
