I live in the same building, and there is a concierge. It is located in the center of Turin, in a very nice, strategic area surrounded by cafes, shops, pharmacies, and restaurants, and perfect for all public transportation. The apartment was renovated 5 months ago and consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
