Cornalia 24 is a bright apartment located on the first floor with elevator, in a modern and well-connected area of Milan. The interiors are carefully designed to offer comfort and functionality, ideal for short or medium stays. The bedroom is spacious and elegantly furnished, featuring a double bed and generous storage. A quiet, well-lit space designed for restful sleep. The living room is welcoming and well arranged, with a comfortable double sofa bed that allows accommodation for up to four guests. Neutral finishes and natural light create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals independently. It includes a stovetop, oven, fridge, kitchenware, and a coffee machine with pods for an aromatic start to the day. The bathroom is modern and refined, with a shower, sink, toilet, and high-quality finishes consistent with the apartment's overall style. Available amenities include: high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, bed and bath linen, and a practical self check-in system that ensures maximum flexibility. The apartment is located on Via Cornalia, just a short walk from Gioia metro station (Line 2 – Green) and close to Piazza Gae Aulenti, the heart of contemporary Milan. Nearby attractions include the Garibaldi Towers, the Biblioteca degli Alberi park, a wide range of restaurants, shops, and green areas, making the neighborhood lively, safe, and excellently connected to the rest of the city. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
