Apartment in the central area, renovated with care and attention to detail, with all the amenities to ensure a wonderful holiday in Florence. There is no elevator but only two flights of stairs. The entrance introduces the apartment in a large living room and a kitchen area. There is a small laundry. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, two of this with a king-size bedroom and one with bunks beds. In the living room is a sofa bed for the other two guests. From the apartment, you can reach all the most famous monuments of the city and you will be just 3 minutes from the Accademia. Car is not necessary, you can reach the Brunelleschi Dome in a short walk of 5 min. The house has everything you need for relaxing and cooking. The maximum number of guests Is 8 people. The location is very quiet, there is no noise coming from the neighbors. I personally take good care of the guests and of the Apt. You will be alone in the apt but we are always at your disposal, available to help you during your stay. You will then find a few steps from home good restaurants, excellent bakeries for a "cappuccino and brioche" and all kinds of shops for every need . There are 2 markets within one block so Visit the Mercato Centrale and Sant'Ambrogio market. Anything else that you might need can be found steps away at the Carrefour....
