The flat is totally renovated and completely furnished: storage closet near the entrance, kitchen with microwave & all flatware, 1 bathroom with washing machine, 3 normal bedrooms and 1 double room, with in each one bed, big wardrobe, desk, bedside table, bookcase and connection socket . Each room has its own key for full safety and privacy. Safe, quiet area. PRICE: 510€ per single room ALL bills and expenses included (electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, trash & condo fees...) + 350 € one time fee that include registration of the contract, taxes of registration, insurance that includes any eventuality for the student, supply of mattress cover and monthly cleaning of the common parts.
