It is located on the 1st floor via lift access. The bright and inviting living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and airy atmosphere. Step onto the balcony to enjoy the sea view and the fresh air. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. There are three homely bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep and a wardrobe for storage. One of them has an ensuite. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. As a guest, you'll also have access to fantastic amenities, including a shared swimming pool and a peaceful garden area. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! Other things to note Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
