Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment (3 p.m.). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is a fair use policy for utilities that will be applied with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of bath gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing detergent and garbage bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, loss of keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
