Each room has a bed (duvet, pillow), wardrobe, desk, armchair, lamps, etc. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, etc. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained residential building in the 20th district. The 9th and 2nd districts are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest subway station just a 1-minute walk away. The location offers excellent connections to almost all of the city's universities, especially the TU Vienna, WU Vienna, BOKU Vienna, and the University of Vienna . The building is directly on the Danube Canal, a very popular recreational area in the heart of Vienna, which also boasts many bars and student pubs. In the other direction, it's just a 5-minute walk to the Augarten, a large baroque park where you can jog and, in the summer, relax and barbecue....
