We are a couple living in Rijswijk (M aged 23 from Netherlands) and (F aged 21 from Sweden). Personality wise we are both calm, not very outgoing. We like to do our own thing, we are both also quite busy with studying and working. We also have a small dog named Karma, you don’t have to love dogs but at least be able to tolerate them. Karma is a bit scared of new people and she needs time, but once you get to know her she will be the sweetest dog ever. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone calm, respectful and someone who cleans up after themselves. We will not have shared household chores, we will take care of the cleaning of the apartment. But like said above we ask that you clean up after yourself and keep your room in an reasonable state. You will have access to the room, a shared bathroom, shared kitchen and a shared shower room. The room also has a small private balcony and the kitchen has a bigger balcony as well. Smoking is not allowed in the room nor in the rest of the apartment, but smoking is allowed on both balconies. The room comes unfurnished but we can of course discuss if we need to fix some furniture for our future tenant. Tram stop is a 1 min walk from the apartment, 10 min ride with the tram to Holland Spoor and 15 min too Central station. Grocery stores - Hoogvliet 5 min walk, Albert heijn 10 min walk....
