Hi zusammen 👋 in unserer 3er-WG direkt am Westpark wird ein Zimmer frei. Einzug ab 01.03. möglich (ggf. ein paar Tage früher) Die Lage ist super zentral: Innenstadt, Uni und ÖPNV sind schnell erreichbar, gleichzeitig ist man direkt im Grünen am Westpark. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m2 groß und bereits eingerichtet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank etc.), du kannst aber natürlich auch eigene Sachen ergänzen damit es sich nach deinem Zuhause anfühlt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine) und es gibt eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Wir suchen jemanden zwischen ca. 18–35, zuverlässig und unkompliziert im Zusammenleben Gut passend für: Studierende, Referendare oder Berufseinsteiger, die ein ruhiges Zuhause suchen und nicht alle paar Monate umziehen möchten. Miete: 360 € Grundmiete + 110 € Nebenkosten Schreib gerne kurz was zu dir (Alltag, Studium, ungefähre Einzugsdauer), dann können wir ein Kennenlernen ausmachen 🙂 Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Westpark – einer der beliebtesten Gegenden in der Innenstadt-West. Man ist schnell im Grünen zum Spazieren, Joggen oder einfach Abschalten, gleichzeitig aber auch in wenigen Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Cafés und alles für den Alltag sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zur TU Dortmund und FH kommt man unkompliziert mit dem ÖPNV oder Fahrrad, auch der Hauptbahnhof ist schnell erreichbar. Die Gegend ist lebendig ohne laut zu sein – viele Studierende und Berufstätige wohnen hier, daher angenehm zum Wohnen und trotzdem nicht anonym.
