The largest room serves as a shared living/dining area, featuring a TV (cable channels) and a keyboard for tenant's use. Currently one room will be available for rent for a female student or academic (non-smoker, no pets allowed). The room (15 m2) that will be available for tenancy starting March.15.2026 is fully furnished and includes a bed with linen/pillows/blanket, and a workspace with chair and desk (see pictures in the link below). The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, and a dishwasher, along with extensive cooking equipment and dishes. The bathroom includes a washing machine. All rooms are lockable. The apartment has its own security/alarm system. Location: Near Mariendorfer Damm/Buckower Chaussee Crossing. Nearby amenities include grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, as well as Public transportation (bus stops), all within walking distance. Registration (Anmeldung) is required upon move-in. The monthly rent for the room is 600 Euros, which includes utility costs (electricity, heating, water, internet/Wi-Fi, cable). A deposit of one month's rent is required. The minimum contract period is six months; however, the rental duration is unlimited. The room will be rented to a female student (PhD student or a student/researcher with an academic internship/stipend). including a brief description of your study/internship status and major.
