Single room for rent in Pianoro Vecchio – Loc. Livergnano (20 km from Bologna) for a reliable working person, preferably a non-smoker, with previous experience in respectful shared living. You will be living with a family and will have a private bathroom. The house is very large, with a spacious terrace and a beautiful garden. The atmosphere in the house is friendly and family-oriented. Pets are present. Monthly rent is €350, utilities not included (but very reasonable). No agency fees and no contribution required when leaving the room. The room is also available for short-term stays; in this case, the price is per night. Use of the kitchen is possible.
