Für unsere beiden inklusiven WG’s mitten in Schenefeld suchen wir ab Mai/Juni 2026 Student*innen, Schüler*innen, Azubis oder andere junge Erwachsene mit einem Anspruch auf einen Wohnberechtigungsschein, die Lust haben, Teil einer bunten Gemeinschaft zu werden. Die WG’s entstehen in einem Neubau in zentraler Lage nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Insgesamt werden hier 18 junge Erwachsene (9 pro WG) mit und ohne Beeinträchtigungen zusammenleben und den Alltag gemeinschaftlich gestalten. Dich erwartet ein eigenes Apartment (ca. 22 qm) mit eigenem Bad, dazu eine große gemeinsame Wohnküche, gemütliche Gemeinschaftsräume und eine Terrasse, bzw. Dachterrasse. Das Apartment können wir Dir sowohl teilmöbliert, als auch unmöbliert zur Verfügung stellen. Du hast Spaß am sozialen Miteinander, übernimmst stundenweise WG-Dienste im Rahmen eines Minijobs wie z.B. gemeinsames Kochen und Essen, Unterstützung bei Alltagsaufgaben, Begleitung bei Einkäufen sowie Freizeitgestaltung und kannst Dir vorstellen, gemeinsam mit uns zu wohnen. Für Dein Engagement erhältst Du ein Einkommen, das in etwa der Höhe der Miete entspricht, so dass Du fast kostenfrei wohnst. Wichtig: Ein Wohnberechtigungsschein (WBS) ist zwingend erforderlich. - More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
