Se solicita un pago único al momento de la entrada, para gastos de gestión y mantenimiento (este importe puede variar según la temporada). Las habitaciones no incluyen: Ropa de cama, mantas o toallas. Horario de Check-in: 14:30 - 18:30 de lunes a viernes en la oficina del propietario. Check-in tardío: 30 € fuera del horario indicado. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
