The flat is quiet central and close to Busstops (1min), the U-Bahn "Turmstr." (9min) and the S-Bahn "Beusselstr." (9min). I work as an actors and director, whih means there will be times when I work at home and there will be times when I am away and you will have the whole flat for yourself. I like to cook and converse, but it is not necessary for me to built a deep connection. If it happens I'm more than cool with it, but I am also ver fine with you living your life in your room an the two of us beeing friendly and respectful to each other. Obviously we should keep the place clean, so that we both enjoy living here. Other than that I love sports (Thai boxing, Gym, Swimming, Yoga and more), I Iove chess, and I love to paint and look after plants, which is why there is also an artist studio and greenhouse-room in the appartment which you can use as well. Hope to hear from you. All artists are welcome, but all non artists are also of course very welcome. We just have to match a little, I am a very easy going person.
