The apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator!) of a typical Berlin apartment building in one of the trendiest districts of the city. It has a cozy living room with a couch and dining table and access to the balcony. The large bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses. Bedding and towels are provided. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. The apartment has a large living room (25 sqm), a spacious bedroom (24 sqm), a kitchen (11 sqm), a bathtub (7 sqm) and a hallway (8 sqm). The balcony (5 sqm) has sun all day with a view to the southwest. The apartment has WiFi for your use. All items in the living room and kitchen are available for shared use. The location of the apartment is very central, it’s a short three minutes to the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station, one of the main transfer hubs in Berlin. Various cafes, bars and restaurants are located nearby (Sonntagstrasse/Simon-Dach-Strasse). Available only for temporary rental (three-month minimum) for a single person or a couple. References requested. Final cleaning fee: 250 EUR....
