Room for Rent in Modern New-Build Apartment – Binckhorst, The Hague A furnished room will be available around late March / early April (indicative) in a modern new-build apartment located in the popular Binckhorst area of The Hague. As this concerns a newly built property, the exact delivery date is not yet confirmed. The mentioned period is a realistic estimate. The apartment is shared with myself. I work full-time in Amsterdam and am often away during weekdays. The location is excellent: within walking distance of Voorburg station (bus and tram connections) and cycling distance to Laan van NOI train station. The apartment complex also offers an indoor bicycle storage. The room is delivered furnished (flooring and window coverings). A desk and chair can be provided on loan. Any changes to the room are only possible in consultation. The apartment is newly built and equipped with modern facilities. Tenant preference Strong preference is given to students or young professionals, for example those who are temporarily working or doing an internship in The Hague and are therefore looking for accommodation. International students are very welcome. Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
