The apartment is well located, about 20 minutes from the beach and Alicante city center, with shops, public transport, and a local market very close by. The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator and is cool and quiet. The room (approx. 3 x 2 m) has a double bed, desk, shelves, drawers, clothes hangers, a fan, and a window overlooking an inner courtyard, making it very peaceful. Common areas: The bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, etc.) are shared. I provide soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. ⚠️ The living room is not a shared area.
