Bright five-bedroom, two-bathroom Florence apartment with a spacious living room and open kitchen. Three bedrooms overlook a quiet internal courtyard; Room 1 has a garden-facing balcony and Room 5 a street-facing balcony. Each furnished room includes a double bed, storage, desk and shelves. The kitchen has a double fridge-freezer, with a TV, washer, dryer and dishwasher also provided. The historic centre, supermarkets and public transport are all nearby. Fine Cribs is a resident-services platform used by multiple landlords. After landlord approval, a separate Fine Cribs resident-services fee applies: €199 for 1–2 months, €299 for 3–4 months and €499 for stays over 4 months. It covers digital onboarding, resident-platform access, stay assistance, incident tracking, maintenance coordination and certain minor tenant repairs. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
