Our apartment is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood Fossvogur, only 4km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few meters from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. Only few steps from our house we have green area where the kids can play, and a little bit further we have bigger playgrounds, where you can also play soccer and basketball. From our house we have very nice walking / bike paths that takes you into Elliðaárdalur / Fossvogur or into downtown Reykjavik or around whole Reykjavik if you like. Our apartment is on the ground floor in apartment building. We have one bedroom with double bed (140x200cm) , we can add single bed (90x200cm) if needed. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. In the living room we have sleeping sofa that changes into double bed (140x200cm). We have smart TV with streaming service like Netflix etc....

- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
