This modern, spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment features a living area with a large sofa, and a comfortable bedroom with a work desk, providing an ideal setup for studying or working from home. The apartment is situated on a quiet street while offering a central location, close to cafés, shops and public transport, with easy access to the city center and universities. During your stay, two sets of bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels are provided. The rental fee includes a cleaning service, which is carried out on a monthly basis. 🙌🙂 The security deposit is one month's rent for tenants staying 1-3 months, and two month's rent for tenants staying above 3 months. Check-in and check-out are available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Outside of these hours, a €20 surcharge applies...

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
