Description
I rent single private bedroom in 4 bedroom private house: House is appropriate for living on first and second floor. First floor comes with kitchen, living room, balcony, bathroom and two small bedrooms. Second floor has one bathroom and two bigger rooms. All rooms are already equipped with furniture, we are just waiting for the details (this room doesn't have chair, but it will be there, when you arrive). Each room has at least one working place and wardrobe. The house is located in Cesta na Brdo, next to Azur resturant, from where you can walk (or cycle) to Ethnology, Faculty for Maths and Phisycs, Electrical engineering....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
