Rental period starts definitely on the 1st of February and a rental period for one or two years is an option. This apartment is preferably rented to two friends. Each studio has a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. This property will be rented to two students who will sign one rental agreement for the same period of time. How rent is calculated

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
