Willkommen in der 12. Etage, Wohnung 122. Vom Eingangsbereich im langen Flur, geht es gleich links ins Bad, welches mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist. Wieder im Flur angekommen und weiter dem Licht der Fenster entgegen, befindet sich wieder auf der linken Seite, eine Schiebetür, hinter der sich die offene, komplett ausgestattete Küche, mit Zugang zum Wohnzimmer befindet. Im Wohnzimmer wartet ein großes, gemütliches Sofa, ein TV mit Musikanlage und einige Pflanzen. Die Tür vom Wohnzimmer führt ins benachbarte Schlafzimmer was in etwa die selbe Größe hat, dort steht ein altes Bett, etwas Material zum Sport machen und ein Sideboard das du nutzen kannst. Lage Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Süd, direkt am Johanna- und Clara-Zetkin-Park, also mit viel Möglichkeit auf Entspannung. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vorm Haus, Straßenbahn und Zug Anbindung sind 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum liegt im Blick der Wohnung und ist auch nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die "Karli" als Szenestraße befindet sich auch fußläufig zur Wohnung und bietet viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, wo für jeden Geschmack was zu finden ist. Sonstiges Ich vermiete meine Wohnung über den Zeitraum vom 02.02.2026 - 30.06.26, weil ich im Ausland bin. Meine Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und somit eine gute Grundlage um in Leipzig anzukommen, wenn man her ziehen möchte, oder eine übergangsbleibe benötigt. Es würde mich freuen meine Wohnung an jemanden unterzuvermieten, der sich gut um meine Pflanzen kümmert, gern malt und die Küche nutzt und gerne Kocht...
