Rua dos Lusíadas is located in the vibrant Alcântara district of Lisbon, a dynamic area known for its mix of residential streets, creative hubs, riverside views and easy access to city attractions. This street lies within one of the city’s most desirable and culturally rich neighbourhoods. Public transport is excellent: several bus lines stop within a few minutes’ walk, and the nearby Alcântara‐Terra and Alcântara‐Mar train stations provide direct connections into central Lisbon and Cascais. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 10 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 of them are private, for 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms). The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Monthly Cleaning Fee: €25. Additional cleaning available upon request. - Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on Sundays or public holidays.
