Brand new apartment in the southern part of Madrid. It's very well connected with city center and south of Madrid. The property has three bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen is the common space. All rooms benefit from a lot of natural light. Maximum capacity is of three people. The rooms have big beds, lock with key and fans. Excellent location within Villaverde neighborhood, 10 min walking distance from metro station called "San Cristobal de los Angeles", and 5 min walking from train station. It's very well connected with Atocha, transportation hub of Madrid. Pets are not allowed at the property....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
