Das Badezimmer ist mit einem 2025 angeschafften Waschtrockner (nicht auf dem Foto) ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über eine Doppel-Induktionskochplatte. Ein Fernseher oder eine Kaffeemaschine gehören nicht mit zur Ausstattung, könnten aber gegen ein Entgelt bereitgestellt werden. Ein Keller kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Kaltmiete pro Monat: 790,00 € Nebenkosten pro Monat: 95,00 € (ohne Heizkosten) Kaution: Dreifache Monatsmiete Eine Kurzzeitvermietung (Mindestmietdauer: 3 Monate) ist ebenfalls möglich.
