La camera ad uso esclusivamente singolo è all’interno di un appartamento molto silenzioso e molto luminoso, perché su una strada privata all’ultimo piano con ascensore. il bagno è stato ristrutturato a novembre 20 25 , la zona è molto servita sia da mezzi pubblici che è da attività commerciali a soli 60 m c’è una supermercato che è aperto fino alle 21 , si può arrivare alla zona del centro storico ,sia con mezzi pubblici o tranvia oppure a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti, la camera sarà fornita di biancheria sia per la camera che per il bagno con due cambi , il contratto sarà di natura transitoria, posso dare anche la disponibilità di residenza provvisoria. Per eventuali richieste di idoneità alloggiativa per il permesso verrà richiesto un importo a parte di 350 € a causa dei costi per il recupero della documentazione e del geometra che dovrà fare il certificato...
