Bonjour, Vous serez accueillis dans une maison familiale et chaleureuse. Cette belle maison comprend une cuisine, une salle de bain et des toilettes partagées. Je vis au premier étage avec mon enfant. Nous avons un petit chat et, parfois, un petit chien. Lorsque nous entrons dans la maison, nous laissons nos chaussures à l'entrée, à la japonaise. ;-) La chambre proposée ici est très petite, basique et sans fenêtre. Elle est rudimentaire, donc adaptée uniquement pour dormir. Néanmoins, les espaces communs restent à votre disposition. Une seconde chambre, très grande, se trouve à côté. C'est mon espace de travail. ( Il est également possible de la louer, pour un autre prix. ) La maison est proche de la gare de Liège-Guillemins et des principaux axes autoroutiers. Elle est aussi à une distance raisonnable du centre-ville, accessible en 10-15 minutes en voiture ou à vélo. Le stationnement est facile et gratuit dans la rue. De jolis parcs, ainsi que des supérettes, friteries et pizzerias se situent dans le quartier. Je propose aussi des soins énergétiques et/ou massages professionnels ainsi que des formations au cas où cela vous intéresserait également. :-) Hello, You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly family home. This lovely house includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. I live on the first floor with my child. We have a small cat and sometimes a small dog. When we enter the house, we leave our shoes at the entrance, Japanese-style. ;-) The room offered here is very small, basic, and windowless. It is rudimentary, so it's only suitable for sleeping. However, the common areas are still available for your use. A second, much larger room is located next door. This is my workspace. It is also available for rent, at a different price. The house is close to Liège-Guillemins train station and the main highways. It is also within easy reach of the city center, accessible in 10-15 minutes by car or bicycle. Street parking is easy and free. There are lovely parks, as well as mini-markets, chip shops, and pizzerias in the neighborhood.
