Auch der Wohnraum hat eine wunderbare historische Stuckdecke und nach Südwesten ist ein großer beheizter Wintergarten vorgelagert. Eine prächtige Freitreppe führt direkt zu Terrasse und Garten. Liebevoll restauriert und mit moderner Technik ergänzt, lässt es sich in der Villa Haniel stilvoll und komfortabel wohnen. Nichtraucherwohnung.
