Apartment is 300m2 big, renovated, with 2 kitchens and 2 dining places, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, few single rooms, few double rooms and 2 triple rooms. This last bedroom (with 3 beds) is still available. The room has 3 working places and wardrobes. The apartment is located in Rimska cesta , where you have Faculty of Philosophy and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, just around the corner and you can walk (or cycle) to Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Chemistry, faculty of Pharmacy. The place is under renovation at the moment and it will be ready latest on 15th February 2026. In case it will be ready earlier, move in will be possible earlier. Because of renovation, we don't have real photos yet, but we have prepared few renders, so you can get a feeling how it will look like and few photos of current situation...
