El piso cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y menaje, además de 3 baños completos. El edificio tiene ascensor y portero. La zona está muy bien comunicada. Frente al metro de Herrera Oria (Linea 9), además justo en la puerta hay una parada de autobús con diferentes conexiones. Es un barrio muy tranquilo y residencial, hay un montón de comercios de todos los tipos y un supermercado Mercadona a 3 minutos. El centro comercial La Vaguada está a solo 10 minutos caminando. Se realiza contrato de alquiler. El precio no incluye los gastos: Internet, agua, gas, luz y servicio de limpieza se abonarán 40€ adicionales. (NO FUMADORES) ¡Mejor ver!...
