Diese verfügt neben den Möbeln über einen Internetanschluss und eine Waschmaschine. Die 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang und verfügt über einen Schlaf-, Ess(=Arbeits) - und Wohnbereich. Die eingerichtete Einbauküche sowie das Tageslichtbad mit Dusche runden das Angebot ab. Durch die Hinterhof/Gartenlage ist es dem Lärm der Straße nicht ausgesetzt. Die Sonnenterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zu einem wunderschönen Badesee und zum beliebten Naherholungsgebiet Wald-Park und zum Rheinufer, wo man sich auch sportlich betätigen könnte. Lage: Von hier aus gelangt man in 4 min auf die Autobahn und ist somit auch sehr gut angebunden trotz der angemehm ruhigen Lage. Auch zu Fuß gelangt man in 2 min an der Haltestelle (Linie 3) und ist hiermit in 9 min am Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof und 17 min an die Uni Mannheim. Fachhochule Mannheim ist 1,5 km Luftlinie entfernt und somit zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum gelangt man außerdem in 14 min mit der Bahn und ist schnell am Shopping oder nutzt das Mannheimer Nachtleben mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars.
