Die Wohnung wurde renoviert, verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und hat einen privaten Aufzug direkt auf den Balkon, zu dem ausschließlich wir Zugang haben – absolute Privatsphäre garantiert. Das Zimmer ist sofort bezugsbereit. In der WG wohnen derzeit Markus, der viel für BCG unterwegs ist und meist nur einmal pro Woche daheim ist, sowie Clara, die ihren Master in Finance an der TUM macht. Ab und zu wird gemeinsam gekocht, ansonsten ist die Wohnung 90% oft angenehm ruhig, da alle viel unterwegs sind. Es ist eine Pauschalmiete, wo ALLES enthalten ist!
