Additionally, the room has a security lock, so you can leave and lock your room with complete peace of mind. The apartment has a large rooftop terrace of about 90 m2 where tenants can sunbathe, hang laundry, and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and everything needed for daily life. There is also a terrace shared with a female student. The apartment is very conveniently located: 5 minutes on foot from the emergency hospital, a pharmacy right below the building, 10 minutes from the train station and the bus station, 3 minutes from the Mercadona supermarket, and 5 minutes from Carrefour.
