Completely renovated apartment, brand new, with a modern and very cozy decoration. The people living in the apartment are very calm, responsible, clean, and discreet. There are two bathrooms in the apartment; the one shown in the photo will be shared with a female student. The bathroom is quite spacious and has two sinks, all modern. The room is 11 m2 and comes with a TV, heating, air conditioning, wardrobe, double bed, desk, bedside tables, bedding, and everything you need; you only need to bring your suitcase and settle in. Additionally, the room has a security lock, so you can leave and lock your room with complete peace of mind. The apartment has a large rooftop terrace of about 90 m2 where tenants can sunbathe, hang laundry, and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and everything needed for daily life. There is also a terrace shared with a female student. The apartment is very conveniently located: 5 minutes on foot from the emergency hospital, a pharmacy right below the building, 10 minutes from the train station and the bus station, 3 minutes from the Mercadona supermarket, and 5 minutes from Carrefour. There are shops, cafés, and bakeries next to the building. It is close to UPCT, so you can walk there without needing transportation...
