A bedroom with living area is equipped with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a roomy closet, a cosy double-seated leather couch, and a working area with a desk and office chair. A fully functional kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, and table for two. A bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. There are no doors between the areas, with the exception of the bathroom/restroom. The apartment has also a washing machine, an iron and iron board, and a hair dryer.
